Vegetable Craft for Kids | Maple Leaf Learning Playhouse

The Maple Leaf Learning Playhouse Hey guys, if you're teaching vegetables here's a fun craft to use with little kids.

First we have to color the vegetables.

Green cucumber.

And let's color the tomato red! I love tomatoes.

They're yummy! And the top, let's color green! Great! Let's color the broccoli light green.

What's you're favorite vegetable? I like corn.

And let's color the corn.

Looks good! Now, if you have some time you can also color the basket.

With very little kids, I probably wouldn't color this.

It's quite large and it takes a long time for their little hands to finish.

Great! Now, let's cut it out.

Cut out the broccoli.

And the corn.

With very small children I would probably cut everything out before the lesson.

Otherwise it take a little bit too much time.

And lastly the cucumber.

And the basket.

Great.

Now let's get some glue and glue together you're vegetable basket.

Hey, why don't we sing the Yummy Vegetable song? Yeah! Vegetables! Yummy yummy yummy vegetables.

Yummy yummy yummy carrots.

onions broccoli potatoe eggplants green peppers cucumbers tomatoes Vegetables! Yummy yummy yummy vegetables.

Yummy yummy yummy mushrooms.

corn sweet potatoes lettuce beans pumpkin green onions asaparagus Vegetables, yummy yummy yummy vegetables.

Yummy yummy yummy vegetables.

Thanks for playing.
